Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly driven, and outgoing Business Development Manager to support MANUS' growth ambition in the EMEA region. As a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy, meeting and exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring the sustainable growth of MANUS within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region.
- Channel Partners: Manage channel partners and create a partner strategy.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
- Go-to-Market Plans: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market plans.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through trade fairs, network events, conferences, and research and outreach.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity and progress to the Commercial Director.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector, with a successful track record in the EMEA region. Knowledge of the XR and/or Motion Capture industry is a plus.
- Local Market Expertise: Strong knowledge and network within the region (fluency in an additional language is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in the use of digital CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics or equivalent).
