Global Sales Team Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Sales Team Lead to drive our global sales efforts. As a key member of the Management Team, you will oversee the MANUS sales team across the EMEA, APAC, and NA regions. Your strategic acumen, leadership, and management skills will be critical in shaping our sales strategy and achieving ambitious targets.

 

Responsibilities

●     Global Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team in multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, and NA) to achieve revenue goals.

●     High-Level Sales Strategy: Develop and execute high-level sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

●     Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

●     Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to drive cohesive strategies.

●     Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning.

●     Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects.

●     Team Development: Mentor and develop sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

 

Qualifications:

●     Experience: 6+ years in B2B sales, including leadership roles. Global sales experience is essential.

●     Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies at a high level.

●     Cross-Regional Expertise: Familiarity with EMEA, APAC, and NA markets.

●     Management & People Skills: Proven success in managing a team.

●     Analytical Abilities: Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

●     Leadership: Inspiring leader with a track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.

●     Software Proficiency: Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
